Who am I?

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California with experience across school based mental health, community mental health and residential treatment settings. This background has given me a broad understanding of how people experience distress across different environments and life stages.

I grew up in Sonoma County and being rooted in this community has deeply shaped how I understand people, relationships and resilience. Before becoming a therapist, I was interested in understanding what actually helps people feel more connected to themselves, not just function better in their lives. Over time, that curiosity became a clinical path rooted in supporting humans with anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, relational wounds and more.

As a bilingual Latina therapist, I hold a deep respect for the ways culture, language and identity shape how we experience the world. I understand the nuances of growing up between expectations, responsibilities and unspoken rules- where strength is required but softness does not always feel allowed.

In this space, both language and lived experiences are honored. You do not have to explain every layer to be understood- you just get to be met where you are, with care and corazón.
